What counts as an API call?

Each request to a Poly endpoint (chat, voice, vision, translate, orchestrate) counts as one call. Streaming responses count as one call regardless of token count.

How does multi-agent orchestration work with pricing?

A single user message that triggers two agents in parallel counts as one orchestration call. The cost is based on the orchestration endpoint, not per-agent.
